Every product page lists its materials under "Materials & safety", such as cotton rope, natural rubber, wool felt, silicone or bamboo. We name materials as facts and don't make safety or certification claims we can't back up with evidence.

Products that come in more than one size show the options on the product page. Pick the size that suits your pet's size and play style, and for harnesses, measure your dog's chest girth first. If you're between sizes, contact us and we'll help you choose.

Not yet. While our launch range is being photographed, product images are original illustrations, labelled as such on each product page. Materials, sizes and options are listed in the product details.

No toy is indestructible. We design for everyday play, but every pet plays differently. Always supervise play, choose the right size, and replace a toy once it shows wear or damage.

At checkout you're taken to Stripe's secure payment page. The available payment methods are shown there. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

When a promotion is running, you can enter its code on the secure payment page before you pay.

Yes. After payment you'll see your order number (it starts with "WB-") on the confirmation page, and we email a confirmation to the address you entered at checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
