These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Well Building LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including their materials, sizes and options. Some product images are illustrations rather than photographs, and are labelled as such. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Choose the right size for your pet, follow the care and use guidance on each product page, and supervise your pet with toys and chews. Replace any product that shows wear or damage.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown on the secure payment page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't receive or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we'll tell you if that happens.

Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive an order number. We may cancel an order with a full refund if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

The content of this website, including our name, logo, designs, illustrations and text, belongs to Well Building LLC or is licensed to us. Please don't copy it for commercial use or interfere with the site's operation or security.

To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. We don't exclude any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.

Proposed: these terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Well Building LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
